  5. Dear CNICA Members,
Diverse colleagues stacking hands in office

We are delighted to inform you that the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) has offered us three free slots for their upcoming AIADR Mediation Training Course, taking place from 28th April 2023 – 8th May 2023 (via Zoom 10.30 AM to 3.30 PM IST). As a gesture of goodwill, CNICA will be offering these slots to our members, giving them the opportunity to enhance their dispute resolution capabilities and gain valuable professional development.

The AIADR Mediation Training Course is recognized by the International Mediation Institute (IMI), ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and provides participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to become successful mediators. Upon completion of the course, participants will be eligible to become an IMI Qualified Mediator, which will enhance their professional credentials and enable them to work as qualified mediators. Participants will also have the chance to apply for Fellowship with the Institute, which will allow them to join a network of experienced mediators and gain further opportunities for professional development. The course is also endorsed by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), providing assurance that it is of high quality and worth pursuing.

If you are interested in availing of this opportunity, please send an email to cnica@cnica.org before 16.04.2023 expressing your willingness to attend the training course. We kindly request that you include your full name, email address, and contact number in your email. The three slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to respond as soon as possible.

We believe that this is an excellent opportunity for our members to develop their skills and knowledge in mediation and dispute resolution.

We thank AIADR for their generous offer and look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Secretary General – CNICA.
